Riffrig looks up the documented rigs of the guitarists you listen to, groups the gear into families, and shows what they have in common. If five of your favourite players run a RAT, you'll know. The knobs let you push the result toward the sound in your head.

Hand-curated from verified sources and fine-tuned by a team of experts. Every rig links to its source. Players change gear all the time, so treat each one as a snapshot, not a spec sheet.

Riffrig started as one guitarist doing this by hand: looking up five favourite players and working out what their rigs shared. Now it does it for anyone, across metal, doom, sludge, post-metal, shoegaze and more.
